I want to thank you for your kindness and understanding when I called to have my father's house clean on very short notice. A stellar service requires acknowledgement and expression of appreciation. You Sean, and your team came to my rescue by completely cleaning my 97 year-old father's house on very short notice. The team went the extra mile to help our family. I needed to rescue my father from a "rehab" facility. The issue was that my father was now in a wheelchair and his house was full of "stuff" and very dirty. He is a hoarder. The house, refrigerator, and bathroom were not cleaned in six years. There was mildew around the windows in the bedroom. In two days, you and your team gave the house a thorough cleaning, enabling my father to return home, and move around in his wheelchair, while waiting for a surgery date. After surgery in February, my father now 98 and no longer in a wheelchair is living comfortably and independently in his house, as it should be. It is difficult for me to truly express how much it meant to me and my husband that you went the extra mile to help us out with such short notice.
